Order This matter came before Department I of the Court on its April 6, 1994, Motion Calendar on Petition for Review. Justice Guy did not sit on Department I, Justice Utter sat as Justice Pro Tem. Department I having considered the Petition and the files herein, and the five members of the Department having unanimously agreed; Now, therefore, it is hereby Ordered: That the Petition for Review is granted. The parties are directed to file supplemental briefs as called for in RAP 13.7 (a) and (c). The supplemental briefs should address the affect of the decision in State v. Garza-Villarreal, 123 Wash. 2d 42, 864 P.2d 1378 (1993), Supreme Court No. 59180-6.
